Do not give me a “I didnt know” you will be blacklisted if tos is broken🔹 All art pieces you buy from me are for personal use only, not commercial use. Don’t use them for profit (making clothing designs or prints) UNLESS we have already talked about it.
🔹 Only items that are always commercial use are Vtubing related. (drawing your model for example).{more info below}
🔹For all customs you need to know what you want in the piece. I will not try to piece things together for you unless we have already talked about it before {Example: Helping you design an oc or something}
🔹You NEED to be sure of the outfits / refs that you want me to use, I wont make big adjustments (like outfit changes and tests) with that, small adjustments can be done only (like accessories/ hue or color changes).
🔹I try to start on it as soon as I can if it’s partly or fully paid for, if I am very busy however I might give you a heads up before ordering how long it could take for me to start on your piece. On the side I also work on other projects and of course IRL, so this could interfere with working times sometimes.
🔹I also will not give updates every day. The only time I give wips are Sketch to get the okay into linework > Line work > Base coloring > Finished. Sometimes I may forget to send a wip of the base coloring and get really into working i just share the final piece (or close to being done). If that happens and some of the colors are a bit off i am 100% fine to change coloring hues and or values. You are always allowed to ask for wips whenever just these are my current places i will usually always give wips.
🔹I do jump around in my list on what i am working on sometimes. Not always.
🔹If you need the artwork for a specific date i will do my very best to get it done by this time however if you are only giving me a week or so to finish it and I have other people ahead of you I may ask for a rush fee (will change in price due to how complex your piece will be) Anywhere from 20-40$ extra
🔹Estimated time can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on how long my list is and where you sit on it. Please do not order if you cannot wait.
🔹I will work on personal art and random warm ups/ freebie art between my orders. This wont always happen but it will happen sometimes. Please do not send me nasty messages about me posting art and its not your order, i usually like to do warm ups or just some small art between orders as not to get burned out only drawing for other people.
🔹Please contact me if you need a payment plan. Or even if you need the price lower I can work with you. With payment plants the amount of work I do on your piece depends on how much you’ve paid off.🔹Payment methods I use are:
Paypal . All payment information will be sent once i have accepted your order~! Payment is due upfront OR 50% before i start and 50% when i finish. It is up to you what you are comfortable with. I do not give refunds once I have already started on your order. Only time I do refunds is if I personally do not think i can continue working on your order.
🔹I have the rights to cancel your order and refund you at any moment if I can no longer continue on it for specific or personal reasons, and the rights to decline future business with you if you break my tos. breaking my tos results into being blocked / blacklisted.
🔹For large art i also can give a transparent background version, customers can add their own backgrounds to these but i do not take any responsibility for what background they put behind the piece.
🔹I do allow resells/trades. I do not allow vouchers though! Resell for = to less than what you paid for please. I currently do not have much set rules right now for resells however if you want to let me know the new owner that would be cool :) not necessarily needed right now this might change in the future______________________________COMMERCIAL ART TOS
🔹 I still always own the right to my artwork, you may not claim you drew it.
🔹 If you are ordering to get a logo drawn you can use it for stickers, banners, merch. (that will always be fine with me, please just ask, you will not have to pay a fee when its a logo as they are small not full on illustrations)
🔹 If you want to collab with a print or sticker situation there will be an added price on the piece as I will not be making any more money with it.
🔹 You may also use my art for promotional purposes like banners, ads, screens, display pic for your vtuber accounts or other public figure kind of accounts, or other promotional stuff and branding.
🔹 If you do not ask about wanting to make merch with my art, pay the added fee, you may NOT use my artwork for merch sales in any way.🔹 Art that you get through AB auctions where I have listed commercial rights:

- You can use the design for vtubing if you want
- You will own the design fully and do not need to ask permission about turning it into a vtuber/png tuber or for any sort of CS.
- You may NOT use my artwork to then make prints or any sort of profit. however if you commission me or another artist to make merch of said design thats fine ofc
